Kongelig Dansk Yachtklub is pleased to announce Garmin as title partner of the ORC World Championship 2027. The championship will be sailed as the Garmin ORC World Championship 2027 — or simply Garmin ORC Worlds 2027 — on Øresund from 6 to 14 August 2027, with Skovshoved Havn as its home ashore.
Garmin’s marine electronics, instruments and wearables are found on board racing yachts all over the world, and on the wrists of many of the sailors who race them. Offshore and coastal racing on Øresund — with shifting breeze, current and big fleets — is exactly the kind of sailing where good data on board makes a difference.
As title partner, Garmin’s name is part of the championship’s identity and will be visible across the event: on the water, in the race village and throughout our communication before and during race week.
